We spent the first few nights in Toledo:
The first night we went to Enebro for tapas and Clara (beer with fanta limon, which is actually really good!)
We also tried Paella and Marzapan while they were here.
After Toledo we went to Madrid for the night. I had my first Mojito, and we ate at this AMAZING italian restaurant called Come Prima. Our hotel in Madrid was gorgeous and right near the Prado in central Madrid

Hi Meg- dad and I really enjoyed seeing you and meeting your new friends. Toledo is amazing-rich in culture and history. The Marzapan stores are like small boutiques with hand made truffles and elaborate Marzapan. I have been wearing my scarves from Toledo's open market where I made my first purchase transaction in Spanish. I figured a big bill would always allow for change back.
It was fun and the pics cannot describe Toledo's beauty.
